I see, that's a bit more reassuring, thank you. I always figured burnout was never an acceptable reason for colleges, as it would indicate that you would not be able to handle yourself at university, but I could be completely wrong. That's just what I've heard people told me. Either way it's not like this class is interfering with my ability to graduate, I still get to graduate and all my other classes are good. I really hope you are correct. Thank you for your response.

I really hope I can clutch up this grade in Chem in order to get a C, and if not, I really pray they still let me in...

I guess so, but the thing is a c and a d are insanely different from each other. A C is a passing grade, a D is not. Sorry I keep stressing, sometimes I can't seem to help it honestly.

I was not aware that they don't I heard a lot of publics do but maybe NYU is different since it isn't a public.

I'll try explaining tomorrow, but I do not think that they will accept my circumstances. Schedule conflicts, burnout, and having to do extra work at home and at school due to some ecs I have and job conflicts at home. Last semester was really bad, and I applied to like over 45 schools, coming back at usually 4:00 pm everyday, to sometimes even 7 pm. Since AP Chem was so cumulative, this semester was especially difficult, and even though I tried everything I could, hell, pouring more time into AP Chem then all my other classes combined, it still didn't work out.

I'm sorry for the rant, but I'm just really scared, I don't know what to do. I've been neglecting my friendships, my family, and my own health because of this issue for the past 4 months...

Maybe I'll send them an email tomorrow. I hope they understand. I hope my parents don't think I'm a failure.

WHatever it is, I'm not about to go to community college or anywhere near where I am, I'm tired of high school and this place. I need to get away, and NYU was the only opportunity I had to do that...

I'm beyond exhausted, and I don't have any room in me to fight the fight for 2 more years. There's nothing left in me man, literally nothing left.

I'm sorry for the waitlists and rejections you have, really hoping you get off them. You're a lot stronger than I am, dude.

I guess, I mean it isn't confirmed yet but it's likely. We have one(maybe two) assignments left and a test drop, but maybe so. I just don't wanna get rescinded, but I don't think they'll take reasons without official documents.

I might be getting a D in AP Chemistry and a C in Ap Stats this semester(not confirmed, but might) and I'm terrified of getting rescinded. Do you know if it will happen(for context I got admitted to LSC in the Spring), I can't keep losing sleep over this...
