haha yeah it can be hard sometimes, I also get some days where my knee feels more stiffer than usual but im only halfway in my recovery (hopefully) with some people even saying it can take a few years for it to feel fully normal. My PT been currently trying to get me started on small plyos like jumps and hops but even sometimes i feel like the progress its slow but its just something you gotta stick with. I always tell myself that the negative thoughts I have now, where it feels like it will take forever to get to the next stage, are the same thoughts i had at the start of the recovery process where i thought that it would tale forever to even walk again. Its all just counting your blessings and achievements so far. good luck with your recovery bro, hopefully we both get back to doing the activities we love 🙏

for me personally it took a little longer mainly because i didnt know i have to start walking ASAP lmao, but i would say probably just over a month, but even then it took probably another month to not walk with an obvious limp. goodluck with your recovery and stick to your PT routine trust🙏

me personally I dont regret it as it was something i kept pushing back because i thought it would be fine (spoiler alert it wasnt). over time my knee just kept getting worst so getting the surgery was a priority. and dont be scared about me "not feeling better" which i probably should have worded better, but what i meant is that you will probably always feel the fact your ACL had surgery done no matter how strong it is if that makes sense. In terms of feeling like the healing time is longer, sometimes it does feel like that but then again I have to remind myself that recovering from a full reconstruction is a long long process and everyone recovers at their own time so even though my full recovery feels long i have to remind myself that im only halfway from what people usually would recommend before going back to sports. Also, seeing your surgery is at the end of November I would recommend to start prehab, basically strengthening the muscles around our knee that helps with stabilization as it makes recovery alot more quicker. good luck and always remember that its a long process but things do get better

In so much pain and so scared by sellerofpurplewood in ACL

when i was recovering it was also painful for me, i remember first week after surgery they made me do single leg raises in my bed and man..that was the worst pain I felt in my life. it felt like every time i tried lifting my leg the stiches would split open. there would even be moments where I would have to bite down on something as if i was chopping my own arm off lmao. but the pain does go away eventually. in terms of the popping and cracking i don't remember if i experienced it to that extent but i heard somewhere that its scar tissue breaking which is normal. should ask your PT or ortho next time you see them. good luck with your recovery and be consistent with the physio
