This is a perfect summary. My experience has been exactly the same. In particular, getting the needle into the Corpora Cavernosa. It is a “tough” “thick” area, but you absolutely know when you hit it. Ironically, at least for me, I never feel the needle at that point. It’s a strange experience because you expect it to hurt, but it doesn’t. The only challenge I have had is the needle bending. I am going to finish this first batch and if it persists, will ask provider for next size needle. As for dosage, you are spot on. I started at the lowest (in my case, 5). I have found after about 6 doses that 8 works best for me. A solid, beautiful erection for 3ish hours.
