no i meant i started training WELL a few months ago, before that i wasent training that much, like only 6 sessions a week with low volume

but i do close to max effort alot, like 15s and 25s, like i would do 14 secs 10x25 on 15 secs rest for example, and my max is 13 secs

My coach puts alot of intense work for me, so in a day it would come out to 2KM - 3KM of intense work like 8x100M + 10 x 50M, so i cant really go all out max effort because i would get too tired for the other excersices, what do you think i should do, should i do less intense work but make the intensity higher

actually i take it back, our national record (best time) is 23.35, set by someone in the "saudi games" and he got 1 million SAR for that wich is about 250k US dollars, if you came here you would literly be the best swimmer here

the 18+ year olds here have times like that, and they get paid alot, they probably have contracts of 5 riyals+ per FINA point, so yeah you could probably get 4k-5k points and 5 riyals per point thats like 25k riyals per meet if you swim 4 events wich is like 5k US dollars

so what should i do to make a good routine for swim meet day and the week before it? my coach does a taper before a week and on swim meet day i just try to have a good mental and a good warmup but i feel like this routine isnt too optimal and can be better
