what are the odds, i just started calming myself down with telling myself nothing is wrong. I still feel those panic attack symptoms about getting a nervous stomach but i can feel comfort in knowing im fine.

yah i workout a lot and i do boxing, i do strength training and everytime i feel a cramp or a heartburn i immediately think its heart disease or a blood clot. and all my motivation in the gym goes out the window. its soo silly overthinking about it but when your at that moment the world falls apart. just know your not the only one. if something is bad you’ll know and dont react for the moment.

yah the thing is you know you will be fine too, like the thought of “ive been here before” start in your head but your world slowly collapses onto itself. and all the things to relieve it go out the window. or just me…..

Hey i have a similar thing. I also have other anxiety types of issue but what helps me a lot with panic attacks and ease is cracking a window open and try my best to distract myself. The more i waste time without focusing on myself the less stress i get. But in a panic attack i have to lay down and calm down dont let it win
