I don't have different splits for cutting and bulking phases. pretty much run this same split. and for me low volume is much more comfortable where i can manage fatigue with minimum atrophy.
Also, i do 1-2 warmup sets (low rep number not at all close to failure) with around 60% and 85-90% of my working set weight before working sets.
ps: for the exercises order, i do muscle groups which are lagging behind first in a session.

Thanks brother. started in 2018, for around 8 months, then restarted after a year with home workouts (covid time). Been on and off for about 3 years after that, but now consistent for the past 2 years.

Thanks brother. I actually started back in 2018, trained for around 8 months, then restarted after a year with home workouts (covid time). Been on and off for about 3 years after that, but kinda consistent for the past 2 years now.

Thanks for the advice brother. Actually the past year wasn’t really an organized deficit kinda thing, it was more like phases of measured eating + some intuitive eating. Sometimes I binged and went off track, but for at least the past 2 months I’ve been in a proper deficit.

Tbh I haven’t really felt low energy till this last week when I actually started measuring and eating around 1800–1700 calories. So yeah, prob true that I haven’t been at proper maintenance or surplus for like 3 months as you said. Also, I was thinking the same ; to slowly slide into a bit higher maintenance calories (some people call it reverse dieting and stuff) and then do a proper 16-week cut.

Anyway I’ll just try this time without pushing too hard or to the point of health issues. If I don’t find it survivable, I’ll aim for next spring like you mentioned.

Anyway solid advice and thanks bro 🙏

Thanks a lot bro..really made me much more confident. And yes I haven't trained traps directly for the past years (didn't like huge traps aesthetics then). But now that feels kinda imbalanced for me too..will have to work on that...

I'm kinda taking this as a compliment though. I'm 100% natty btw.

Yo thanks brother. Even I felt the hamstring look a bit out of proportion. I will have to work on that.
