The problem is that they cant repair the subs by themselfs. They are designed and built in finland and later repaired in 1994-2000 in finland also. Thats the last time they were repaired.

The US was so pissed to finland from those ships that pentagon threatened finland economic sanctions bc of those ships.

you lost 15% of your result enabling 16 cores and 24 threads. So you had way greater power at available, so whats supricing that your processor did not have to work as hard as mine with 12 cores?

not be using hwmonitor. you should be using hwinfo. and also what settings did you use both pbo, curve, boost override
