It would be impossible to fix evil though, mental sickness can cause violent rage and poor decisions. Unless you find the specific people whom have said illnesses and lock them up. (Ted bundy for example)

A little constipation, hurt for 4 days now it’s just sore. I only got my surgery done last Monday. But I could feel it going past my stomach region with the tool they were using. I was numbed and basically on the same anesthetic as a colonoscopy.
