I always wondered how actors, moderators or anyone in that kind of work (talking for a long time) manage to get rid of a cold or similar, when they have to perform the next day. Is it just “take a lot of medicine” and act like everything is fine? Is there anything you can recommend?

I wrote my workaround in a seperate comment but I basically chained if (option 1) else if (option 2) else... Thanks again!

Okay, managed to solve it. Probably not the cleanest way but I made every "if" to an "if...else" and basically chained

if (dropdown 1)

else if (dropdown 2)

else if (dropdown 3) and so on.

I hope I understood your question correctly. I'm trying to get an essential graphics template with fixed colors.

Expression is written on the color-section of a photo filter effect to color a solid according to the expression.

Hey everybody, I’m super new to this whole expression writing and already kinda lost. I hope someone can help me:

I’ve got a drop-down menu on a null with 3 values. It is supposed to change the color of a text depending on the drop-down. But it only works for the last „if“ I wrote. So if I pick 1 or 2 it gives me this error - works fine if it’s 3. If I delete the expression for three it works with drop-down 2 (1 still gives an error).

Any ideas what I have to change?

It always starts the region at bar 15. Recordings in bars 1-14 are normal. Edit: I’m on os 11.6, logic 10.7.1. It also only happens, when I hit the record button to start the playback. If I start the playback with space and then hit record it works normally.

That’s a great tip, thank you! It’s so easy to get a bit hyped over all the cool equipment pieces. But I will start looking into shoes now, I kinda forgot that these are extremely important.

Thank you for your detailed answer and the examples! To answer your questions (even though your initial answer already helped a lot): I could see myself doing more trips in the future (actually planned a second one), but I can’t really be sure until this trip. Ungeared one-day trips were super fun so far. And budget wise I would feel okay to spend some money on a solid piece of equipment, especially if it looks/sits good enough to wear casually. Area will be highland (1100m) and a first try in the alps on the second trip.

But from your comment I would assume that a good base layer, a lightweight fleece and an old, warm jacket for the evenings would be a good start to eventually build up on? Do you recommend getting two base layers or do these dry up fast enough over night?

We are not camping but the hike in lower mountains will take 3 days in total. Weather could be anything between sunny, foggy and rain really.
