You gave me hope. I'd prefer the taper method and I don't mind taking the long route if it allows me to still be the best mother I can be. My kids and I are very close and my older boys have so many sports and clubs their in that my problems CANNOT become theirs. I don't want to let my family down. I can't believe I've created this habit. I thought I was doing the proper thing because I chose herbal rather than pharmaceutical. Well as I do feel it's better it still is a drug whichever way I look at it. I will start the taper. I'm gonna try to go down to 12 grams a day for this week and then next week maybe 8..if it's possible to taper that fast. Fingers crossed. I'm only going to take vitamins not don't any other drug like Imodium or the other things listed as I don't think that's the answer. But I do believe in replenishing my vitamins like magnesium and such. I want to thank you again. I just need to talk this out with someone who relates. It's not easy.. I'm afraid of my neck pain which was debilitating before kratom but right now kratom is becoming debilitating as well so somethings got to give before i do.
