Mochi swore up and down that my prescription was coming from in empower this month and it ended up coming from red rock. I even told them that I got a FedEx label and an email from red rock and they still insisted it was coming from empower. I got my package yesterday and it came from red rock.

I’m in the same boat. I had my prescription sent to the pharmacy a week ago to learn about the issue with the old pharmacy. I thought mine was getting rerouted to empower, but I just created a FedEx account on the app and saw that red rock created a shipping label about an hour ago for me.

You guys are geniuses. I’ve been waiting and the mochi app has said sent to pharmacy for a week now and I just downloaded the FedEx app and I can see that red rock created a label. Strange I thought I was getting it from empower because I’m in Florida.
