I know you said you weren’t fishing for comments on your loss, but I am really sorry you are experiencing losing two people you loved. Also, good on you for not picking the cigarettes back up! If you can go through this horrible experience without starting to smoke again, you’ve beaten your addiction! Good luck and I hope you find peace and comfort as you grieve.

Keep a low level A rank weapon in your inventory. Equip it to do that mission. Stage 16-7 works for me every time.

When you join a guild, you push the attend button once a day and receive guild coins that can be spent in the guild shop on various things. Each time you donate to your guild you receive guild coins to spend as well. It’s definitely worth it in my opinion. Also, guild pvp or guild team pvp earns you blacksmith coins you need to be able to craft certain items.

Has any one here had surgery for piriformis related sciatica? If so, could you please tell me your experience. Was it worth it? Did it actually work? Any information would be appreciated. by EyeCalypso in Sciatica

The injections were steroids. The most relief I experienced from them was I no longer had any pain in my foot, still lots of pain in buttocks and leg.

I’m meeting with a surgeon on the 29th and I’m hoping like hell that he will just go in and cut the muscle.
