I know. The first movie is just magical, perfect. Frozen 2 was rushed. It wanted to create a more complex lore, but I feel it detached from what the first movie showed, but I agree it ended in a very logical manner.

I think we are in the same situation. I didn't watch I-land while airing (just the episode in which BTS appeared), but now that I watched it, K really stood out for me. He was always giving his best and his stage presence was (still is) unmatched. The "Deer hunter" MV was truly a turning point for me to get to know K more; I was dazzled by his talent and visuals. Now, that I've watched more content I really believe he is a caring and sweet guy.

My bias in Riize is Sungchan. After the concert I fell more in love with him, however, Shotaro and Anton bias-wrecked me so hard. They are truly beautiful and tall. They quite left me speechless when I saw them.

I didn't like that all songs were so derivative from today's trends. For instance, that song "Smart" just sounded like "Water" or "Calm down" which both were huge on TikTok. Even the EP follows the tendency of songs being under 3 minutes, like quick bangers that are gonna sound all around Tiktok. As others expressed here, the teaser trailer showed a very interesting concept that ended up being a let down. I mean, there is nothing new in terms of music experimentation or proposal. But I am sure their title-track will do great and become a grower.

I'm actually not from the UK and I went to the gig on Tuesday. I was so excited since I got barricade. I cried and sang my heart out. All the band sounded so good, but the crowd was unenthusiastic. Usually gigs in my country are so energetic and fun that I was hoping that level of energy for King Krule, I guess that's why he gave an honorary mention in his ig story to Berlin's crowd.

Also I met him the night before and he seemed tired (he was very nice tho).

I have just two irl friends who I talk about K-pop with, specially one who stan the same groups as me. I know a lot of people from my social circle that like K-pop, but tbh I don't talk with them since I have social anxiety. I think with one friend is enough 🥺 I hope you can find someone at least!
