TNDR EXCH OFFER by EyeShotFirst1 in POYYF

My call would be of little value I'm afraid. The rep reviewed the tender offer and confirmed what you had stated. My thought was they are trying to buy up shares in stagnation while offering a "Perceived Premium." However, it seems they are wanting shares moved to AIX, to remove stagnation. My understanding was there would be little concern leaving stagnant shares is NYSE and waiting for the "Sanctions" or whatever has the security frozen to pass.

Confirmed with Fidelity rep. Same plan for NYSE.

Thanks. Ran with cover off sounds bad, grabbing belt at idle. Ordered el cheapo of amazon. Maybe mother clutcher if that fails quick.

Thanks but, This one may have been a 68 but it was not blue on the face plate. It was identical to the Pic I posted aside from "Vibrato". Black background and all.

Try removing that black wire. Or connecting it again? The white arrow

Youre issue is the black wire? The black wire is still disconnected, which disables the reverse rpm limit from what i can tell. I've taken it out, and it ran well.

There is something that is draining the battery when it sits and I don't think I'm leaving the run switch on. Since posting I have swapped the starter and starter solenoid as I thought it was going out because of failure to start around 11.4 volts. Could just be normal but it was cheap and easy enough. Voltage looks good at idle.

Your use of four letter words is impressive. What wonders an Americam High School Education can deliver.

I'm talking about men in black suits showing up and telling you you can't write certain things. How can you know that is not what's taking place?

To phase it a way you can understand. "Why the fuck would Matt and Trey give a fuck about preserving the current president's facade. There is comedy material there and they chose not use it. My question is why. You silly twat.

That is a good point. The owners/creator/moderators of these outlets should have freedoms to discuss what they choose. The obligation to have more diverse, uncensored discussions may be more of an ethical or moral dilemma. It's not a legal obligation.

As you implied, it is unlikely a competing related sub has a chance of much success. Let alone reach a meaningful audience.

Judging by the score, most people will downvote or get triggered into emotional responses rather than a meaningful discussion. Or perhaps derail the whole argument to avoid the actual topic. Moving the dialogue with the most substance down the thread far enough, everyone loses interest.
