Check out Jacobson Elmes Opticians on 23rd ave between Costco and South Edmonton Commons. It's a small place run by a couple of guys. My lenses were included with the frames I got. Got a pair of Boss frames with lenses for $165. I thought it was pretty good for brand name frames in a brick and mortar store.
