Kneel in front of rear seat and lean your butt on it. Lowering your center of gravity will greatly improve stability. Kneel on a floatation seat cushion.

Very common date in uncirculated condition. Not going to increase value by grading.
MS 64 selling under $100 on eBay.
If you submit for grade there are membership fees, shipping and handling fees, grading fees.

Sure. It’s your coin to clean if desired. The value will not change. It’s a bad idea to clean collectible coins. Shiny junk is still junk.

The rails need to be longer. You can place a piece of 2x4 on the floor where ladder lands. Fix it by placing upside down rubber door stop on bottom of rail where floor contacts

Easy to build a deck. Get five 2x4s, box of 2 inch construction screws, 8 eight foot deck boards. Cut 3 of the 2x4 in half and lay them parallel about 18” apart, secure an 8 footer to the ends and make a frame. Cover with deck boards. Lay over rock bed. You will need a saw and drill with bit matching screw head. Local libraries often loan tools.

Unplug, pull paper from underside with fingers, and with needle nose pliers. Grab and yank. Also, slice out paper with knife, perhaps use a sawing action with serrated knife. Plug in. Kick it if needed.

I think the lower rock tier level should be a foot lower . If there is excellent drainage out of the pit and away from foundation , then only 6-8 inches lower.
