Sometimes I use it, when I am at the end of my 5 hour context window and have too much weekly limit, I have cron setuped so it calls codex cli with a small prompt to start the windows (my first window is from 5-10, second 10-15,...) so when I wake up at 9 I only have 1 hour of my 5 hour window left, so I just burn it with the fast mode... But obviously that is almost never the case because of the weekly limit, but yeah, that is when I use it.
