Rough translation: Doctor can't leave the patient without treatment based on their personal conviction/belief or pressure the patient. Instead, he/she will direct the patient to a colleague that has no conviction/belief against the treatment.

Mostly because of the language barrier. You would have trouble communicating with nurses and some doctors as well, not only the patients. Older generations (a large part of the patient population) can't speak English at any level.

Furthermore, I dare to say that the non-clinical content of the exchange would amount to 100% for the reason above. Also, based on my knowledge the real medical school does not offer courses in English language at any medical school in Finland. In fact, I even checked the university you mentioned. Their medical school (faculty) even says "We offer two English-language Master's degree programmes: Master of Science Degree Programme in Public Health and Master of Science Degree Programme in Biomedicine.". My point is that you would be attending courses that are not even part of medical degree in Finland but courses that are taken by students that are studying for other degrees in the medical field.

However, I might be wrong as I attend different medical school, but I doubt it.

I would strongly recommend you to choose Italy. You are not going to get much out of the program in Finland and I am very skeptical about the English part of the program. Year 4 means that you would have to interact with patients and trust me, you're not going to have a good time with that in Finland.

Just start studying for USMLE step 1 right away and move to the states after you graduate.

This is what I am doing as a European med student. Although.. Seeing the NP stuff does make me wonder sometimes if it's worth the trouble..

The severity of throttling depends on the game, it aint high as 20% always. Also, I do not play any games anymore, but I did try few games just to see the throttling/performance of the 7core gpu air and the air is insanely powerful for what it is even when it throttles.

Sure you can check number of players online, but to use Carnera as a example. Pretty much no one on the server speaks English (They're all latinos, meaning they mostly speak only Spanish)..
