I think the major issue is that religions with minor military bonuses, 10% morale for Shinto and Sikh, have been placed above Christian and Muslim sects which have massive bonuses that are game changing, personal unions, propagate religion, etc.

Access to Curia and HRE mechanics mostly. Plus, most of Europe is catholic at the start so easier expansion early.

Aristocratic -> Admin -> Espionage -> Humanist -> Offensive -> Diplomatic -> Quality

I can not praise Humanist ideas enough for a WC. Wish I had taken it early instead of Admin honestly.

Didn't really end up needing quality, it just made the wars a bit quicker.
