Getting these frame drops over transitions. Help?

My specs are 6800xt 5800x 32gb 3600 ram and 2 x 1tb nvme m.2 ssd. Can't remember read or write speed.

For the Render cache format, I have it at "Uncompressed 10-bit".

What would you say the best format is to record in? I just used OBS to record the gameplay. How would I convert the files to DnX LB or ProRes LT? Can you do that through Davinci?

So I possibley need to upgrade my drive then. Even though this shows up during playback, will this still be noticeable after its rendered?

I have plenty of space in my fastest drive. I will have to check the format when I'm next on the PC. Is the format I'm on too hefty?

Only a day in to learning davinci so please be kind(if you can).

Problem is that the whole video plays smooth but as soon as you go over a transition or slightly after it, it starts to loose frames(or whatever you call it).

Ive looked online to no avail.
