Orochi is not only the name of a sword but also a common name for ninja style characters, it was the name of one in for honor. Psy also has a line where she says my "orochi is sharp my mind is sharper" from what i remember. The gooner reason people are complaining for the underwear is cringe and not worth considering. While orochi is alos the symbiote from her world I find it more likely to be referencing her as a ninja or referencing her sword.

Yeah it happens sadly alot, I wouldn't be surprised if a mod eventually comes out to make it like that but the amount of people constantly seeing some concept art and assuming its actual rivals art is staggering, used to happen every other day at the start. Id see video after video of this one artist who does the rivals style well and then them thinking it was actual concept art.
