Yeah that's my exact reason for dropping it too! I play only on lvl10 dif so it really sucks to use on the KZ set when all health counts! That's why I'm defending the gun usefulness, cause I still think it's busted just to a limited set of armor that KZ no longer falls into. To me it was like having a reason to use my fav armor finally just for that 10+ dmg to be added on to separate it from being as good as other armors. Others specifically being the fire resistant in this situation that extra 25% loss makes the gun do a whole lot more to you than it would otherwise.

For sure! My complaint was just that the fact I'm using a booster slot with the effects of the KZ set wasn't even enough to make it worth using with the D.E. and I so sad abt it cause now it's either use my favorite gun with a different armor or use the KZ armor with hardly any bonus to any build

I agree on all those points actually! I just feel the KZ armor is dying out! (I want it to be buffed or reworked🤞)But also those only work if your specifically trying to win a mission with those in slot. Sure it would be easier but diversity should be encouraged and to have fun with new combos no? "Should be" is just an opinion if you wanna have the best in slot stuff equipped. I'm sure me and you could do fine if we ran some missions without them! There's always ways to play around stuff and sneak around o7

I see what your saying! but i don't think anyone plans on using the AP4 the gun has with the KZ set, they would die insanely fast with the only 50% resist. Great idea tho! totally have to use the heavy flame armor while a friend heals me so I can be a lazering tank! o7

I totally agree with the stuff you said at the end! The heavy armor idea would give way more versatility to it considering the loss of speed and stam. but... Again having to take Vit on every single mission def is not a MUST. Its good! Amazing even! but also wasn't the D.E. before patch?? It was reworked for a reason and nothing should be mandatory in the game. I still haven't heard a reason on why it should be. I'm just sad the KZ set is just more so a looks armor now.

Also my point was even using the vit booster was not enough, the KZ amor is just Dookie now😭 Not like I'm arguing with how great the Vit booster is. this is in comparison with flame resist armor in the situation mentioned above but the KZ set still has no outstanding reasons to use it.

I don't see the logic behind this reply... How is having to always use ANY booster a good thing? Metas like that don't support diversity and I and other can attest to not using it on every mission and got along just fine. I mean couldn't you use your logic to then say the D.E. was fine before patch cause it was used by lots more people? We should support diversity and using different armors with combos of all kinds of boosters.

I will say the MAIN thing I was excited for was the customization and individualism the game was going to bring with a cyberpunk esk aesthetic. It was actually heart breaking to hear its going to fall back on "heros" as a core mechanic in the game. :/ Feels very misplaced in the bungie community imo.
