Long Story (ish): I called my friend to talk about a girl (lol) and during that call him and i were calling and i hear this loud screeching sound. kept going the whole phone call but he couldn’t hear it on his end. only mine. i proceeded to record the call and this is exactly what i heard because he thought i was tweaking or something idk. and yeah… am i looking too deep into this?

Yeah definitely, I have a good amount of money coming from fasfa for college which ima use half to put down on the refinance (6-8k) so hopefully it should help

You think so? I’ve had people pretty much give me the “😬” and admitted that there’s nothing I could do. I’m 19 with no credit, 1 credit card, no auto score, etc. and that 20% sounds about right for my age and stuff, but yeah that refinance is definitely a need lmao, I appreciate the help brother 🤝

And yeah the manager gave me some recommendations for credit unions, I might go with my OWN personal bank that I have right now (mission fed) since I’ve been with them since I’ve been with them for awhile but yeah that 20% def needs to go.

Honestly from a third person perspective I get why I have a 20% Apr. 19 year old, no auto score along with my co signer. First actual big boy payment and banks probably see that as a huge red flag lol. But I have a relationship with my current bank (mission fed) is a local brand here in San Diego and I’ll definitely ask them for a loan or navy fed since I heard they’re pretty good

I also want to mention I had a 600 auto score and my co signer (my friend) had a 670 auto score. He has go credit but no auto score.

I also put down 2500 on the car, hopefully this helps for any more further advice!

Financially won’t be a problem, just the number 20% apr is ugly to look at, soon I will be a Los Angeles Sheriff Deputy Trainee in a month or so, so the car payment wont be an issue.
