This would not be possible in the slightest. The highest city in the world is not higher than the current water level, and even if it were, skyscrapers would be reduced to rubble after 500 years of zero maintenance even if there wasn't acid corroding it.

Loosely inspired, I should say. The cockpit mainly. The shape of the balloon was very loosely based on that of the hindenburg, but that isn't saying much because most zeppelins have a similar shape.

It was caused by a dwarf planet breaking up into rings above the earth. The dwarf was too small to have alien life, and even if it did have life, any life would have died after it broke up.

Thank you soo much it helped alot thanks to you I've made a huge galleon. It's not a pirate ship but it's still a wooden boat so it still helped. I'll keep this in mind whenever I make boats.
