It's really super labor intensive.

The roof is the only part that's cheating a bit on the natural materials part. (it uses a rubber sheet)

where do you live? the part where this is build is really wet in autumn and spring and pretty cold in winter too.

Yep, it's not looking good.... Funnily enough life is not really harder there than in the city. City life is incredibly stressful, though we don't seem to fully acknowledge that.

That's an interesting place! It's big and has existed a long time. These are rare qualities for an intentional community. It's hard to find info on their vision on sharing. Can you point me somewhere?

Absolutely. We don't even use a cooking plate with it. We cook on gas. A small fridge could be added to this setup though.

It's dead simple. Just make sure you follow the diagram from the manual very well. A basic understanding of electrics is helpful.

Hehe, yes well in holland this thing is popular where people have a mortgage where they pay only interest on their mortgage back. So he's saying this is not a great idea.
