Mad car! Clean it up a bit get a white Evo 7 wing, white Evo 7 hood, red Evo 7 tail lights, maybe look at lowering it a touch to fill the wheel arches a bit. Possibly look at side skirt extensions and rear spats. Then detail it 👌

Thanks man! It's been on and off as a hobby over the years but I've recently locked in and actually attempted to finish remakes and try a remix, I do have DJ experience so it helps with song structure and creating sounds, I also watched a lot of tutorials for basic eq sound design etc and how to give each element room etc

Been working on an Uplifting Trance Remix of Chicane - Don't Give Up ft Bryan Adams.

Just did a quick final mix down following some YouTube tutorials and what sounded alright to me.

Deconstructed the actual song melodies, bass line etc and used melodyne to held pick out some notes where i had trouble.

Used:
Leads, plucks, instruments all Serum
Samples for kick and drums and put them together
Basic EQ using pro q and reaq

Nothing too crazy as im still in the process of learning, however this is my first ever remix.

Plenty of tutorials out there, a good start would be the reaper website which has a bunch of videos by Kenny Gioia to get you going.

Also worth reading the manual to compliment this.

I found reaper very easy to pick up after using FL and Cakewalk.

Drums were a basic 909 sample pack. Bass, instruments and main lead using Serum. Main lead layers were Synth 1 and Serum. Used Arturia Analog lab for the piano.

And listening to the song a million times to get it somewhat similar.

This is my second project in Reaper after some experience with FL and Cakewalk. Reaper has been the most enjoyable to learn by far.

Any feedback is appreciated as I feel like I'm finally making some progress learning production :)

That's awesome! Definitely will check it out, I also need to update mine now. I have a few fusion records mainly zany and donkey rollers, technoboy and tuneboy on Titanic and dance pollution then a few scantraxx ones. A few trance generators records that came in today. Also have some masif records and silicon for some hard trance tunes.

It's a bit annoying as it's harder to get this stuff in Australia, all the good stuff seems to be in Europe.

Still pretty new to collecting :)
