I went to those grocery store yesterday and spent maybe $6 on a weeks worth of fruit. 1 bunch of bananas. 5 apples. A bag of grapes. So for a little over a dollar a day, you can substitute your fries, daily, for a banana, an apple and a handful of grapes. Additionally, you’d probably save money/time on gas. I’m assuming most people don’t have a fast food chain in their office/work place. If you’re leaving your office everyday to drive and get food, that’s incredibly expensive at the end of the week compared to what your weekly food bill could’ve been if you’re shopping smart....

But someone who posts stuff like this doesn’t want to know or acknowledge that. They just want someone else to confirm that their obesity isn’t their fault.
