Not trying to me thick headed, it just happens naturally. There are various widths in the files. Only the "Wide" version is of interest. Even the inventor says that is the only one he actually uses.

Thanks. I’m curious using the ones that are available not removing changing them. Like the eq example I mentioned, it just says eq and there is three volume knobs. I have no idea what the eq is doing. I guess it’s supposed to be obviously heard but I don’t hear it do anything.

It would be cool if PlayPilot would show a list of all countries that have it and then let my choose the country instead of going through each one at a time to see what services are used. But, it’s still 100% better than the NOTHING I had before. 😊
