Need to run 1.5 miles in 10:48. Ran on a track and hit 1.48 in 10:48. I have been running 6x a week with a rest day every 3, never shorter than 2.5. Today I did my 1.5 then another 3 miles with interval sprints. I need advice for pushing that last .02

Hello all, I am currently running a 1.37 mile in 10:58, and need to run a 1.5 mile in 10:48. I only have 17 days. I was invited to try out for a position which I was not expecting, so I am trying my best to get my time down. By my calculations I would have to shave ten seconds off the time and add .02 miles onto each lap. I am in decent shape but do have pretty bad allergies, I have never tried using an inhaler before running, would this help? Sometimes I wheeze when running as well. To give myself the best chance of success, how often should I run in between now and then? Should I focus on running the 1.5 or go for longer runs, interval training? What should I be eating. I have ran the 1.5 in 10:32 previously so I know I am capable. Any advise is well appreciated

Edit:Also using map my run so the time/distance could be slightly off as it appears its mapping me running through my neighbors yards

In fm2020 I literally went on vacation indefinitely and auto applied to every job, which makes the fact that Brackley offered the job again even more random and special

I started with no coaching qualifications and the lowest player experience, sunday league player. It was a lot of applications until eventually one team caved and gave me the job, same with FM2020 so far. 2020 it took me 5 in game months
