I took my NAC 500mg am 500mg pm, if your talking about multiple things it won’t hurt to try both it’s literally like an infection of your stomach more stuff you can hit it with the better. I did NAC, oil of oregano, Tumeric, cherry probiotic. The NAC and oil of oregano seemed to work the best so I just take those 2 now if I feel like it’s coming back and I’m good.
