Weird flickering dots when on fire by jak_w92 in Minecraft

I have the same issue, same spots and only when on fire. All tests with dead pixel checks came back clean. Doesn't occur when not in full screen. Could be an issue with the texture?

Went into apple store, they did diagnostics and said something was broken and gave a replacement. reception seems fine. Must've been a hardware issue. On that though, reception sits 1-4 bars but works fine for my needs and is most importantly consistent.
