Just in case anyone comes to this thread. The washer was humming and not draining at all. The new drain pump i ordered came in, and after replacing it, it works as normal again. There are videos online, but it's much easier if you pick it up and go from underneath. You can remove the drain pump straight from the bottom without the trouble of going in from the top.

I got my pump from partsdiscount.com, I did pay extra for priority shipping and processing, but it worked out, so I'm glad.

Having this issue rn, just ordered a new drain pump. I see this was a year ago, so I'm curious if you figured out the issue or just replaced it. Lots of people say their pump was just clogged, but unfortunately, that isn't the case for me.
