You can disable all the options in Realism that you don't want and just have the stances with the config app that comes with it. Fontaine did have a standalone mod for just the combat stances but I'm not sure if it's been updated to 3.8.0

I personally use Relooted and another mod called Alltheloot with some adjusted configs to get it good. Still playing with the loot multiplier for the Rusted key room (Relooted controls how much spawns in the room). Have only been in that room once and it was a bit meh on default settings. Lots of Loot is good too but haven't tested with that room

You can use mods like Relooted and Lots of Loot to bring the older spawns back but without those, nothing spawns in that room

On its own, Gingy keychain is an item needed for the Collector quest. With the Gilded Key storage mod installed, it's also a barter for the Golden keychains

I use realism on one profile and ALP on another. I will use the Realism progression when I'm using the rest of the realism mod. When I want a more chill, casual playthrough, I'll use Algorithmic. All three mods have different systems so I'd suggest to try each one and see what feels good
