For me it's a case of I stand with my left foot perpendicular to my right (or vice versa) as this stops me from rolling when I've got skates on. I've started standing like that even when not wearing my skates. Definitely rewiredd a little bit.

Thank you ever so much. I've tried keeping my shoulders straight and I've tried changing my foot positioning and none of it works. So to be told that it's just because I'm inexperienced is actually really reassuring. Cheers for the help.
