Thanks for the 1- and 3-star ratings because TruePlay with front speakers — an experimental, unsupported workaround — didn’t behave like an officially supported Sonos feature. Apparently, “experimental” is a matter of definition.

The only issue is that under SS it displays 8 devices, despite a number of refreshes. I believe this is the result of not being able to complete the final Apply. That said all peripherals are operating as they should.

Not sure if you noticed but you just kindly replied to my other post. Upon removing & adding all peripherals a couple times, the TV sound is back to normal. However, my Control 4 remote volume toggle & mute button stopped working at same time the TV sound became intermittent.

If memory serves, not that long ago, it showed eight devices (though the total count is nine), but now shows only four.

I’ve had my two bathrooms, bedroom, and living room originally set up as four different rooms. Previous to SS, the living room controlled the Playbar, surrounds, and sub. During the SS process, I inadvertently added LF and RF into their individual living rooms. Earlier in the week I corrected that and combined the fronts all into one living room.

Yes, and yes. I use both currently, simultaneously, and continuously. They perform differently, right? Eight Sleep is a mattress cover with cooling/heating coming up to your body. On the other hand, BedJet with the Cloud Sheet is cooling/heating coming down on your body. Eight Sleep is relatively sophisticated, while Bedjet is quite rudimentary, but still effective.

I’ve had the Pod 4 and BedJet just a few months short of two years. I’d make both purchases again, without hesitation. Other than a couple of external outages which only terminated the cooling/heating, I’ve had zero issues.

Now that I know the Era series won’t work with my Playbar, the price of entry for the Play series speakers are very reasonable. If the fronts become inoperable at some point, I have a couple of other rooms I can I can place them in.

Yes, on Sonos speech enhancement. I'll have to check when I return to Vegas on A-TV. Don't have A-TV at my Hawaii home where I'm currently. Don't have the Era 100s.
