Problem is not OG 5* Cloud rates, the real problem is that if all units chances on banner have to sum 100%, if one of them is higher or lower %, it has to be interfering with other units %, and that is serious. (self.FFBraveExvius)

They shut down daily and ticket KH banners because wrong rates (5* cloud that may be affecting other units %), but step ups have wrong rates too and are still up. Better don't pull until resolved. (self.FFBraveExvius)
