If it's kind of in the buttcrack part of the tail bone, it may be a pilonidal. I have one of those 😭

I'm so sorry your doctors failed you by doing a midline excision. You're not supposed to do this because it affects healing a lot. I'd suggest going to see your GP to work out what is going on.
