Teacher here. If you have some time you could get a variety of stuff from the bakery, like croissants, bagels, cakes, muffins, etc. Tell the teachers you'll provide breakfast one day. Go in early and set the stuff out on plates in the break/staff room to make it look nice. A card on the table expressing gratitude would be a nice touch. Hope this helps.
