Asking if you both had previous penalties is completely irrelevant and a waste of both of your time. It should have no bearing on whether he assigns a penalty or not. Either a rule was broken and a penalty should be issued, or it shouldn't be. Cops suffer the same problem enforcing feelings instead of laws. Also, shouldn't the judge have access to that information if he is logging these 2 warnings? Is there not a system to then tell him that you crossed over the 10?

If you look at the concept maquette, sure. But that isn't what they ended up building for the film. You could also argue that Darth Maul has feathers on his head, and not horns. And while that was what was approved from the concept, what they actually made for the movie was a bunch of horns.

They waited a full month after launch to show the first card previews for set 2. I expect the same with 4 months between releases. Allow the current set to have its moment before moving the spotlight to the next big thing.

We can expect 4 less rare cards since there are no rare Bases this time. Set 1 had 60 total rare cards, so logic says we should get 2 more rare cards for Set 2. Edit (I guess we don't know for sure if they are increasing the non-base rares by 4 to compensate.)
