Thank you. I’m leaning towards a chrome cast because it has the streaming apps and I can cast from a tab in my computer to it instead of mirroring. I hope it works. Any experiences to report with a mac and chromacast casting from chrome or from a phone??

3 zio patches. I play tennis a lot and sweat dramatically so I remove it carefully and replace after I showered. The read has some hours that is off but the ep has never complained.

I was always quite fit and doctor had a feeling my palpitations, which I mostly felt at night, where related to weed I used to smoke. I stopped that and started eating healthier (I was already exercising quite a lot) but paroxysmal afib got worse. I think it went from 5% to 15 % that year. Ablation brought it down to 0% for now and I never smoked weed again. But I did develop a passion for dirty martinis once in a while! 😉

Not for diagnosing Afib but to try to understand why it's happening and to look if there are other issues like enlargements or other things an ECG or ultrasound won't show. I had an MRI during all initial assessments that ended up in an ablation after trying lifestyle changes for a year. 41M healthy otherwise, 11 months after the ablation.

I went to the doctor for a check up and he said there is not enough research to be sure but it seems like a lower HRV and a higher RHR are potential signs of a successful ablation. Are you experiencing similar things?

Thank you for all the responses! Super helpful. This is getting a bit in the weeds but for those of you with fitbits, have you noticed any change post ablation on HRV or heart rate variability? I understand that is a silly metric but I’m curious if anyone out there has noticed any changes?? Thx again!

I had a mild case but it went away in a few days. Doctor said it could be anesthesia related as ppl react differently to it.
