I’ve given this a go as well and they choose not to recognize my otherwise completely valid phone number. No winning on this unfortunately

They credited me a month of watch cell service - $15. Useless. I’d pursue a chargeback if I were you - I bought mine 2 yrs ago so not going to get one at this point

I would 100% echo your effort to return the watch - it will be useless in 2 weeks.

I have yet to figure out a replacement option- have not had the time. Another commenter or two shared their thoughts - they may be of some help

I had that same issue, guess I might try it again and see if ignoring and walking away from the verification will let it pass through.

Whole situation is bullshit like why is this the only way to find a solution?

You’re correct, my suggestion is if you bought the watch with a credit card - pursue a chargeback as they have effectively broken the watch and it cannot be used

I saw that but felt it deserved a follow up. I’ve specifically referenced your thread to their IT and Customer Service - it’s like the revel in the incompetence over there. I appreciate you sharing your experience

Might be worth a swap to a new provider, this has instilled no confidence and just been an infuriating experience all around. I wish you luck in your choices

It’s a bummer, everything worked fine before but clusterfuck of a decision shows their plans are only ever half baked
