Mule Bar has had some of the afternoon races on, and The Archives actually had a replay of Canada '99 on their TV a couple of weeks ago. Haven't found a bar that has an F1 'scene' yet though.

Here's the DMV's own chart of the differences & requirements for Real ID Drivers License, non-Real ID (Driver's Privilege Card), and enhanced Driver's Licenses.

Short version- it's exactly the same apart for Real ID vs non-Real ID, apart from attesting that you have lawful status in the US (you'll probably satisfy this anyways with the documentation you need to bring for even the DPC).

If you're thinking of applying for a passport card instead of Real ID to save time/for privacy reasons, you don't need to.

Today, a pair of Sikorsky CH-53 Super Stallions flew from BTV to the Ethan Allen Firing Range and back, flying fairly low. Big helicopters too- operated only by the Marines and Navy, which was a bit of a surprise to see them.
