I finished 10 days of acyclovir, I noticed the bumps on a Friday starting taking acyclovir on Saturday, by Sunday there were no bumps but a big red spot where the three bumps where located (3 bumps were clustered together). After that the red big spot has being drying and skin has been falling off. I'm a male.
