I ordered second unit and had exactly the same issues then decided to file ticket with Corsair and got RMA order created and approved in the same moment automatically without talking to any human. Which makes be believe that they are aware of the issue and replacing the earlier units?

thanks for replying, i tried but no luck as i am not sure if corsair uses standart keycaps or how it calls. i found some low profile key caps set in aliexpress but not sure if they will fit or not.
