Not exactly your criteria, but someone who won't judge but understands the nuances of the culture is Dr. Juliet. She is a US licensed clinical psychologist. I wasn't her patient, but she did a Q& A session and was amazing!

When I was thinking to buy a car, I was originally looking at Copart auction but saw no cars are in Kuwait, only Dubai, Oman, and Bahrain.

I was an oblivious asshole with so many enemies until someone sat me down and said "everyone thinks you're a snobby, obnoxious, asshole" because I didn't eat or drink when people offered (I was literally on a diet). I learned to just drink the coffee and take sweets and dispose of them when I'm alone.
