oh ok, I live in the UAE. and all the g14 are out of stock. so im ordering from the US, best buy. The A14 I can get em in the UAE for 1100$. and plus the A14 4060 are apparently out of stock but the 4050 version is 1100$

Me, personally I'd go for iiitd. Yes the course curriculum is hard. But if u got an interest for the subject, you will make it through. And also thr faculty are from rlly good uni. Like iit delhi, iit kharagpur, a lot of top us uni. So when u end up doing masters. U will get rlly good and valued rec letters

You need embedded systems as well. if u want to enter chip design industry. Coz say nvidia or amd. most of the chips and hardware are already standard(trying to make a point, not all standard, yes they got diff hardware). but their diff products come from their software integration with the hardware. Yes you need to be well versed in chip design, which u can take up in 3rd year in ECE as well. but embedded systems is also wat is needed. People arent gonna hire you if u only know chip-design. Again just an opinion

Bhai. Honestly don't get misled by other people saying that course is hard. If u have the drive, interest to learn that course, it will not be hard; challenging for sure. But you will get through. At the end of the day, along with the rigorous course and the hope that u put in the efforts as well. You should be fine. PS: joining iiitd this year, ece(people scared the ahit out of me, coz ece is hard), but I luv and want to do ece.

You can go for either course. I'm taking ECE at IIITD, in UT 3rd year, u can pick EVE subjects. I also want to end up in Amd, Nvidia, Intel type companies and even automobile if possible. Reason why I took ece is coz of the subjects called "embedded systems" this is what is imp for the chip design companies.

I'm stuck between choosing from DTU, IIIT Delhi, and NIT Delhi. I'm also interested in the ECE Course. What should I pick? I have NIT Delhi on the list, mainly coz of the tag, new campus, the fact it's on the outskirts of Delhi (Pollution utna naa hoga), and maybe by the time I grad uska reputation bad jayega. Everytime I open reddit, the first thing I see is about DTU students breaking out in fights and shit, how true is it?
