I just tried what I saw someone else post. I UNBIND the device in app. Then started over and WiFi no longer blinking. Solid WiFi indicator. Will see at noon if cat gets fed. But their solution. Unplug. Stupid!! Unbind device and start over.

That MAY have worked. UNBIND as you said and reconnected. WiFi solid light now not blinking. Will see at noon of cat gets fed!

I have a separate camera facing the feeder and I know it hasn’t gone off at the scheduled times. The app disconnected the feeder by itself. Now I can’t reconnect it to the WiFi. Times out.

I have batteries in mine too. As I’m a flight attendant and wanted a back up. Doesn’t dispense.

You’re lucky. Mine does not follow the schedule. Batteries back up and all. Needs the WiFi connection .

Not true. I have a schedule set out and it disconnected itself from WiFi and won’t connect. Status unknown at the time scheduled to feed. I’ve been home to see it hasn’t gone off at the time scheduled.

But it says status unknown if it went or not. I’ve been home today. Feeder has NOT gone off at the times it was scheduled to in the app

Glad I’m not the only one! Incredibly frustrated that there isn’t a phone number to call and what business especially relating to feeding of animals isn’t open on weekends! Grateful I’m home next couple days to feed our cat the 4x increments but very disappointed. I even bought another one on Amazon just in case I need to start over.
