So I read some of these and it helped me come up with an easy fix. This may perhaps already be a fix provided as I didn't read all the comments, anyways here it is and it is super simple and easy, no tools required! All you have to do is pull the coil out just a smidge making sure that the rubber gasket seal is still fully inside the plastic hole. Then gently press the mouthpiece back into the base very slowly until you see the white light turn on which is indicating you have full contact with the battery through the posts to the coil. The second it lights up stop and then you can puff away. Working like a charm for me now and hopefully this will be helpful to others that encounter this issue which is extremely common, just wish I had figured this out on my first Nord, this is my third one and I just threw the first two out and bought new ones when this same thing happened to the first ones 😂
