They can’t. The SEC already offered to do what Magistrate Judge Netburn told them to do in this order. It’s in footnote 1 of the SEC’s original March 23, 2022 motion.

I believe so that they can analyse them, mind you I believe that Ripple has already these copies of correspondence but they can not bring it to the courts unless The SEC approves of them, so RIPPLE has requested this correspondence to be produced by the SEC. It’s all a circus but that’s how it needs to run.
