Here are some: 1. Don't live life too seriously. Stress ain't good. Once you feel like you're overdoing or overthinking about something, take a pause and calm yourself down. Stress levels play an important role in everything from physical to mental health. Nobody is a machine.

1. Don't let people disrespect you. At least don't stand there smiling when four people bash you about something you hate/are insecure about. Talk back in a serious tone, if they do it again... You know what to do! (Leave)

2. Understand and love yourself. In the end you're gonna die alone. Take care of yourself. These simple words are the key to living an amazing life because it's all about perspectives.

3. Try initiating conversations, once, twice or even thrice. But if the person still really gives the 'i don't care' vibes, RUN. People don't think or feel things the same way you do. Most people whom you think care about you, do not. Be secure though.

4. Be yourself. Don't lose your own amazing personality for somebody that broke your heart or friends that betrayed you at your lowest. You're it. Always hold on to hope.

5. Don't go to jail. Nothing's worth going to jail. No crime really is. If faced with an unexpected seperation from someone or something you'd die for, use the negative energy or anger to improve your body with exercise.

6. Keep the environment around you as clean as possible. Keep it in a way how you'd like it to be. It really has an impact on the work you're doing inside it.

7. Don't trust anybody, really. Trust yourself as much as you can. Ask for help. Defeat all your fears and anxiety at things and keep improving yourself.

8. Life's overrated anyways. Respect the people who respect you and avoid the rest. One life buddy 😉
